Hi. I'm Scott Trunkett, founding partner for Sales RaceHorses, and I believe that truly great leaders know that when their people combine into cohesive energized teams with the freedom to create, then truly great things are accomplished.
Our 1 Day Workshop on the Spirit of Facilitation teaches the next great business leaders the importance of facilitating teams, and provides the tools and techniques to enable them to more effectively lead teams in the brainstorming of ideas, complex team decision making processes, business process optimization, and even simple everyday business meetings.
Through our highly interactive sessions, we teach participants the key concepts and principles of spirited group collaboration, as well as provide them with the tools, skills, and techniques they will need to get the most out of their teams.
Our program revolves around three key components of a successful group collaboration: People, Purpose, and Process.
