    Nice interview!

    Very informative. I agree that rushing a sales close is a good way to blow the deal.

    Instead, it is best to ask questions to find out the customer’s real needs, get on the customer’s behavioral frequency, and make good eye contact to establish trust.

    Trust is indeed critical to be a great salesperson!

    Salespeople are really problem-solvers for the customers. So a salesperson is really a solution-finder.

    I especially liked the part of the interview discussing leading the customer to see the quantifiable value in your product compared to the alternative!
