		<description>What a great post! I used to have alot of challenge getting prospects to return my calls, and it is always difficult to get their attention when I finally talk to them.

I have heard of mirroring, and I have practiced it in sales calls, but I never thought of how important it is on the telephone. I have been trying it myself, and it really works!

Thanks for the great ideas.  Please keep posting more! If they're as good as this one, I will keep reading!</description>
